We offer a fantastic alternative to catteries or sending your pet off to the unfamiliar surroundings of a cat boarder. Leave your cat in the comfort and security of its own home and we will visit daily (more by arrangement) to care for all of his/her needs. We offer a full cat sitting service around the Kingston, Surbiton, Esher and Chessington areas. We clean the litter tray, feed, water, groom, play with and fuss over your cat to give it the mental and physical stimulation he/she needs. We have found many, once fed, enjoy a cuddle and just being talked to, something we are very happy to do. We are owners of 3 cats ourselves and absolutely adore all cats and being able to look after them.
Don't worry if your cat is nervous or unfriendly to new people. None of the visitors to our home have even glimpsed Blackie, our very own scaredy cat, as she hides under the duvet until our visitors leave. We understand how some cats just need their own space so we don't rush them.
For security of your home, whilst we visit your pet we will also perform house sitting duties - we will turn lights on/off, close or open curtains, bring post away from the front door area and water plants so everything is as you left it on your return.
Be assured, we treat your home as we would like ours treated if we were away.
We fully appreciate if you haven't used our cat sitter service before the possible concern of letting someone else into your home. Rest assured that we are police checked, totally trustworthy, mature and responsible. Excellent references are available testifying to our reliability and trustworthiness. Of course, we will arrange to meet prior to you going away so you can make sure we 'feel right' and to receive any special instruction.
Your key is only held by one person at all times and for security reasons, any key we hold on your behalf is only labelled with your pet's name - there is no other identifying information. Nonetheless, all our customers' keys are stored in a safe place overnight, locked in a key cabinet.
It is vital your pet's care is entrusted to a professional petsitter. Not only are we CRB police checked, we are fully insured, a member of the Pet Care Trust and supporter of Cats Protection.
Most people wonder how their pet is back home once they've settled into their holiday. When we ourselves go on holiday, we worry about how are cats are so we completely understand. We are, of course, pleased to put your mind at rest and will happily give you progress reports. We also give you access to a password-protected part of our website where you will be able to view photos of your pet that we take every day for you. Feedback we have received from clients shows this is a very valued service - it has been a comfort to see their cat enjoying the run of the house, feeding, drinking, playing.
At the end of your holiday, if you are delayed just call us and we will extend the care till your return.
Rabbit care and other pets
All pets are equally loveable to us so whether furry, feathered or scaled we are happy to look after its daily needs for you. We can look after your pet rabbit, guinea pig, hamster, gerbil, fish, snake or any other small animal.
On every visit we keep a sharp look out for any medical issues and will take appropriate action agreed with you in advance. Usually that would involve taking your pet for you to its usual vet.
